Bamidele Oni is a Nigerian comic creator, writer, illustrator, cartoonist, digital painter, graphic artist and thinker. He studied graphics at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, then honed his craft as a cartoonist/comic strip artist in The Nigerian Tribune newspaper (1994), and other Print Media, creating diverse characters of various literary genres such as C.I. Detectives, Kura , Rhino, Jailbird, Blow!, Marvel magazine’s Romance Series, before crossing into book publishing.

Bamidele worked as a Senior Graphic Artist in Spectrum Books Ltd.(Nigeria), Design Manager at Evans Brothers (Nigeria Publishers) Ltd. before becoming MD/CEO of Bamon Publishing Company (2007); a publishing solutions company that consults for major publishing houses, independent publishers and individuals providing award winning book cover/jacket designs, book designs & illustrations among others.

He currently lives in the US.
